By ordering one or more items from us, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
Article 1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions of delivery (hereinafter referred to as “terms”) apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of part4part.com. Accepting an offer or placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. Deviations from these terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by part4part.com, in which case the remaining provisions remain fully applicable. All rights and claims stipulated in these terms, and in any further agreements for the benefit of part4part.com, are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by part4part.com. These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between part4part.com and a buyer.
Article 2. Offers / Agreements
All offers made by part4part.com are non-binding, and part4part.com expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when required by legal regulations. An agreement is only concluded after part4part.com has accepted your order. Part4part.com is entitled to refuse orders or attach specific conditions to delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, part4part.com will inform you shortly after receiving the order. The buyer cannot claim any form of compensation in such cases. We are not liable for advice given or for printing and typographical errors.
Article 3. Prices / Payments
The prices listed for the offered products and services are stated in € or $ at a fixed price and exclude shipping costs, taxes, or other levies, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.
Part4part.com offers various payment options. You may pay in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. Your order will be delivered once payment has been received by part4part.com. After receiving an email with our bank details, you may transfer the total amount. Please remember to include your invoice number and last name.
For orders outside the EU, the prices displayed on the website apply due to additional administrative and packaging costs.
The buyer is obliged to accept the purchased products within the agreed period. If the buyer fails to meet the payment obligation, part4part.com is entitled to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention.
Article 4. Delivery / Delivery Time
Orders are delivered as quickly as possible. In principle, part4part.com aims to ship paid orders within the Netherlands within two working days. Delivery times are indicative only; no rights can be derived from them. If the delivery time exceeds 14 days, the buyer will be informed. If the buyer does not agree with the extended delivery time, the agreement may be dissolved by email within five days of notification. The purchase price will be refunded within five days after dissolution.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer. If the address is incorrect, part4part.com is not liable for resulting damage or costs. Once the products are delivered to the specified address, the risk transfers to the buyer. Deliveries abroad may be subject to different conditions. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle the buyer to compensation. If delivery takes place in parts, part4part.com may treat each delivery as a separate transaction and request payment for each partial delivery.
Article 5. Warranty
Part4part.com guarantees that each delivered product meets normal standards of quality and usability. Warranty is only provided if explicitly agreed upon. No warranty is provided on used goods. If a warranty applies, only the purchase costs will be reimbursed. The warranty does not apply if defects result from improper or incorrect use, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, or use for purposes other than intended.
Article 6. Liability
For defects in delivered products, only the warranty as described in Article 5 applies. Liability of part4part.com, insofar as covered by insurance, is limited to the amount paid by the insurer. If insurance does not provide coverage, liability is limited to the invoice value of the product concerned. part4part.com is not liable for consequential damage, including loss of profit or other indirect damage. Any claim by the buyer expires after the warranty period.
Article 7. Retention of Title
Delivered products remain the property of part4part.com until all payment obligations have been fulfilled.
Article 8. Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights include patent, copyright, trademark, design rights, and other intellectual property rights, including technical and commercial know-how. The buyer must fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual property rights relating to products supplied by part4part.com.
Article 9. Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it. Returns are only accepted if the packaging is unused, undamaged, and the seal is unbroken. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Unannounced or insufficiently stamped returns will be refused. If items are unused and correctly returned, part4part.com will refund the purchase price excluding shipping and insurance costs within 30 days of receipt. The buyer must inspect products upon delivery and notify part4part.com in writing within seven days if they do not conform. part4part.com is not liable for damage, theft, or loss during return shipment.
Article 10. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, part4part.com is not obliged to fulfill its obligations. If force majeure lasts longer than four weeks, both parties may dissolve the agreement without compensation. Force majeure includes circumstances beyond the control of part4part.com, such as strikes, fire, business disruptions, war, power failures, telecom failures, website unavailability, late delivery by suppliers, or lack of required government permits.
Article 11. Privacy
Part4part.com respects the privacy of all users and treats personal information confidentially. Data is used solely to process orders efficiently. Personal data will not be sold or rented to third parties and will only be shared with parties involved in order fulfillment. Employees and third parties are bound to confidentiality. By visiting the website, you grant permission to store your IP address. No commercial information is sent to customers or visitors.
Article 12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements and these terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. All disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Part4part.com is established in the municipality of Uden and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
