We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and PostNL, unless you request otherwise. In your shopping cart, you can view the available shipping options and the corresponding shipping costs. These are one-time charges per order. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Attention: In some cases, the shipment tracking status is only activated after a few hours. This means your package may arrive before the track & trace information becomes visible.

This means all sales are handled exclusively by post.
Deliveries:
The carrier delivers on business days between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. The carrier determines its own delivery schedule. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the shipment. It is best to have the package delivered to an address where someone is available.
You are always responsible for how the shipment is received at the delivery address. If no one is present to receive the shipment, the carrier will leave a card with further instructions.
